  Tragic Hoarding Collapse in Ghatkopar Claims Lives............ I n a shocking incident that has left Mumbai in mourning, a hoarding collapse in the Ghatkopar area has resulted in multiple fatalities and injuries .  The tragedy occurred on Monday, following a dust storm and heavy rain . The hoarding, which was reportedly 100-foot tall, fell on a petrol pump at the Cheddanagar Junction .  The collapse resulted in the death of at least 14 people and left 74 others injured 2 .  Among the deceased were Manoj Chansoriya (60), and Anita (59), relatives of Bollywood actor Kartik Aarya n . The incident has raised serious concerns about the safety and legality of such large billboards, especially in areas prone to extreme weather conditions.   The hoarding in question was reportedly illegal , raising questions about the enforcement of safety regulations in the city. The incident has not only caused physical damage but also left emotional scars on the victims’ families....

  What is uniform civil code (UCC) ? Basically uniform civil is a set of common personal laws for all citizens. All the sections of the society which are from diversified religions shall be treated equally according to a national civil code , which shall be applicable to all the citizens in the country uniformly is known as a uniform civil code. The uniform civil code is defined in our Indian constitution under article 44 of directive principles of the state policy (DPSP) .
